I have long held the belief that by sharing the shitty things that happen to us, or the shitty things we do, or the shitty things we feel, it makes it easier to cope when things aren’t going so well. Conversely, when the world is looking it’s brightest, it’s worth shouting it out to someone, anyone, everyone.
Sometimes it’s impossible to feel like there is anyone else out there who knows, understands, cares, is listening, wants to know, or can help.
One of the things I love most about the Internet, though, is projects like Post Secret and We Feel Fine, which turn all those things on the inside into wonderful little bite sized pieces of ‘me too!’
I really like this one, and this one, and, well, too many to keep linking them.
Yet another example of how the web brings people together and allows for personal expression on a level never experienced before. Love it.
